What is it for? For symptomatic relief of bruising, soft tissue trauma and swelling resulting from training and sporting activities. Dosage Adults and children: Apply generously, massage into the affected area and repeat as necessary. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Additional Advice For external use on unbroken skin only. If sensitivity develops, discontinue use. Active Ingredients - Topical Gel Each gram contains: Arnica montana tincture equivalent to dry flowering herb 10 mg.
