Nicotinell patch programme: How to take: Step 1 Nicotinell large = 21 mg/24 hours for 3-4 weeks then; Step 2 Nicotinell medium = l4mg/24 hours for 3-4 weeks then; Step 3 Nicotinell small = 7mg/24 hours for 3-4 weeks.
